Pricing questions
How much does PickupLink cost?
PickupLink costs $500 per year for one school on the Starter plan, and the first year is free with no credit card. Growth is $2,000 per year for up to two schools and 1,000 students. Districts and networks with more schools get custom Enterprise pricing.
Who counts as faculty & staff?
Every administrator, teacher and office staff member with access to your school. A person is counted once even if they hold several roles or work at more than one of your schools.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing already set up stops working. You just can't add another school, faculty member, student or parent until you upgrade. Your Account page shows how much of each limit you're using.
How does the free year work?
Create your school and use Starter for twelve months at no charge. Before the year ends we'll get in touch about continuing at $500 per year, or moving to Growth if you need more room.
I run more than one school. Do I need separate accounts?
No. One administrator account holds one subscription, and every school you create counts against it. Growth covers two schools; for more, contact us about Enterprise.
Do parents or teachers pay anything?
Never. Schools subscribe; parents and teachers are added by their school and use PickupLink for free.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee and no multi-year contract. Plans are billed annually and you can cancel at any time during the free year.
