How much does PickupLink cost?
PickupLink is priced per school, by school size. A school with up to 300 students is $299 per year on the Small school plan. A school with up to 1,000 students is $799 per year on the Large school plan, which also includes personalized support and onboarding. Both plans include unlimited parents. Schools with more than 1,000 students, districts and networks get custom Enterprise pricing. Parents and teachers never pay.
Is there a limit on parents?
No. Every parent, guardian, grandparent or emergency contact your school has on file can be added, on every plan. Plans are sized by the number of students at the school.
Who counts as faculty & staff?
Every administrator, teacher and office staff member with access to the school. A person is counted once even if they hold several roles. Small school includes 30 faculty and staff per school and Large school includes 100.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing already set up stops working. You just can't add another student or faculty member at that school until it moves to a larger plan. Your Account page shows how much of each limit every school is using.
How am I billed?
Your choice: pay online by credit card, or ask to be invoiced. Your subscription activates when you create your school. With an invoice, the first one is sent 30 days after activation and is due 30 days from the invoice date (net 30); renewal invoices follow the same schedule each year, payable by check or bank transfer using the details on the invoice.
I run more than one school. Do I need separate accounts?
No. One administrator account holds one subscription, and every school you create is added to it on its own plan, so a small school and a large school under the same account cost $299 plus $799 per year, billed together. For districts and networks, contact us about Enterprise.
What does personalized onboarding include?
On the Large school plan we walk your office through setup on a call, help import your roster and dismissal times, and stay on hand for your first dismissals. Small school schools get the same software with email support.
Do parents or teachers pay anything?
Never. Schools subscribe; parents and teachers are added by their school and use PickupLink for free.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee and no multi-year contract. Plans are billed annually, by credit card online or by invoice, and you can cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges.
